Dr. B.A. Maithri

Dr. Maithri BA completed her MBBS from Navodaya Medical College, Raichur and DNB from M.N. Eye Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. She went on to do a Long Term Fellowship in Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus from Narayana Nethralaya, Bengaluru. She was working as a Consultant at Narayana Nethralaya prior to her joining Prabha. She brings with her rich experience in paediatric cataract surgeries, simple and complex strabismus procedures, paediatric neuro-ophthalmology, amblyopia management, and myopia management. She has been actively involved in academic presentations, publications, and is passionate about expanding access to paediatric eye care and promoting eye health awareness.
